Has anyone done a Summers technique to lift the sinus, placed some DFDB and then placed minis into the area? If so what success or pitfalls have there been.

There are many pitfalls to doing this type of procedure. First of all he risk of infection when you are touching or manipulating the sinus. There are some Los Angeles dentists that have been working with this. You might want to check out the current research that has been done.
